Pengyang County Meihua Glass Products Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Liaocheng Xixi and Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and was established on July 5, 2023, with its registered address located in Wangwa Economic Development Zone, Pengyang County, Gouyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and its main scope of business includes: manufacturing of daily-use glass products: sales of daily-use glass products; manufacturing of technical glass products: manufacturing of ordinary glass containers; mold manufacturing; mold sales. Paper and Cardboard Container Manufacturing:Wooden Container Manufacturing:Packaging Materials and Products Sales:Medical Packaging Materials Manufacturing (in addition to the licensed business, can be operated independently in accordance with the laws and regulations of non-prohibited or restricted projects).

Panyang Meihua invests in the construction of Panyang Meihua Glass Products Project, which mainly faces domestic and international markets and produces high-end cosmetic glass container products, and is committed to building a global cosmetic glass container industry manufacturing base centered in Panyang County through the cost of production factors and technological advantages.

The project covers a total area of 31,302 square meters, with a planned construction area of about 18,500 square meters and a total investment of 130 million yuan in fixed assets.

The project construction is divided into three phases: one phase to build a daily output of 35 tons of high-end industrial-grade glassware production line and production workshop and auxiliary support, planned to be put into production in April 2024; the second phase to build a daily output of 60 tons of industrial-grade glassware production line and production workshop, planned to be put into production in March 2025; the third phase of the construction of a daily output of 60 tons of industrial-grade glassware production line production workshop and auxiliary support, planned to be put into production in March 2026 It is planned to be put into production in March, 2026.

The project is completed and put into production, will be a set of high-end cosmetic glass containers, cosmetic glass deep processing, glass products, cultural exposition, carton packaging processing, trade logistics, industrial tourism and other integrated functions as one of the industrial processing demonstration project. The project all put into operation for three years, can realize annual sales revenue of about 300 million yuan, annual profit of 70 million yuan, 20 million yuan of value-added tax, for the local tax revenue and economic growth to bring the pulling effect. The project will provide jobs at high, medium and low levels, which can directly drive employment of 500 people and indirectly drive employment of tens of thousands of people.
